well, it is black… local club is shooting a monthly carbine match, and the old guys I hang out with decided to shoot it with 9mm carbines… a couple of ARs and a couple of Mech Tech like mine
I love it. This is actually my second one. My first was a subcompact in .40S&W, but I switched over to 9mm last summer. It shoots like a dream, and it actually carries very well for a full-sized gun with a 17+1 capacity. It feels like it was made for my hands.
It’s actually a dedicated cheek rest from Thordsen Customs, not a modified rifle stock. It has been approved by the ATF, so yes, it’s legal. If you Google “Thordsen Customs cheek rest” it will be the first result.

Tungsten Cerakote on the receivers and hand guard. 18″ White Oak Armament barrel, Phantom FH. The Bushnell won’t stay for long, waiting for my scope mount, but it works for now.
