ew light and charger?

Ok so I’ve been looking at a new light , I previously had a nitecore d10, just stopped working….I was looking at maybe a thrunite tn12 and a charger for 18650’s…..anybody have any recommendations for a light that might be nicer for carry…I am looking for

Tail clicky
Pocket clip
At least 600 lumens
When you turn the light off…it goes to the last setting when u turn it back on
Rechargeable batteries-I’m cheap and don’t wanna be buying batteries all the time

Max budget for light and charger is like 120 or maybe up to 150
