There isn’t an all conquering multitool out there – which is possibly why most of us own several. What would your ideal one look like?
Mine would have the general “heft” of wingman (a tool I didn’t think I’d like but I do) but with rebar pliers (still sprung though). A lambs foot style plain edge knife (non locking would be good for uk use too) and the package opener from gerber. Other wants include standard leatherman bit drivers. Oh victorinox scissors and a little glass breaking spike. Sog call it a fuzewell spike. I don’t know why, nobody else does.
I also want it held together with wave-esque star bolts, all tools accessible when pliers closed.
Almost forgot – bottle opener!
