Fenix E21 or E25 Question

Hello!

Can anyone who owns either a Fenix E21 or E25 measure the barrel diameter for me? I’m waiting to pull the trigger on Ripoffs CO-47FL:

I need it for work to carry my scissors, punch and flashlight. However, I don’t have a flashlight that will fit in that narrow sleeve, and I don’t want to compromise and get a Mini Maglight.

Any help on this would be greatly appreciated!
