Field-Notes-sized monthly planner?

Thanks to another thread on here, I recently became infatuated with the passport-sized Midori notebook. I began making plans to order one and was going to use a gridded insert and a monthly planner.

Then, I decided I’d rather make my own Midori-style notebook but Field Notes size. The problem is, I’m having trouble finding a 3.5×5.5 MONTHLY planner that’s no thicker than the original Field Notes in terms of the number of pages.

I can find WEEKLY planners. I can find Moleskine monthly planners that have way too many pages. I also found a 48-page monthly planner with pages that unfold accordian (or brochure?) style, which I hate. Of course, I could always draw my own month-by-month spreads, but I don’t like the looks of that, either.

Can anyone point me to the kind of planner I’m looking for?
