Greetings,
I’m traveling west soon on Amtrak.I’ve read their online page about how to pack your firearm (and in this case, I mean a pistol). You have to pack it a certain, then check it – you can’t carry it on with you.
I was wondering if anyone has had any experiences with checking a firearm with Amtrak and getting it back at your destination? Good, bad or indifferent?
