I am looking for some recommendations on a new edc pack. I’m currently using a goruck sk26 and would like something slightly larger with external water bottle pouches. Both packs look doable, I’m leaning towards the comms pack but concerned it isn’t going to be noticeably larger then the goruck. On the flip side the vertx plus looks too large and the vertx gamut won’t hold nalgenes or 30 ounce hydro flasks. Any thoughts on possible packs that I missed. I want something that can be used for edc, day hikes and light travel.
