Hello, all. The forum upgrade is complete, and the theme has been installed. All should be working well. Over the next few days/couple of weeks, there will be some small tweaks and additions, but nothing major that should disrupt your forum viewing pleasure.
That said, the new theme will be the default theme. If you choose to use the old theme, you will find that not all the functions will work, or they will work funkily. Again we know many of us have grown very comfortable with the old look, yet change is inevitable. And at some point, the old look will have to disappear. The forum does function better, and it will be easier to upgrade and update. Some have expressed concern about the brightness of the content pages, and that is something we will play with over the next few days. Badges are present again, though we will be working on the colors. The logo may change color as well.
Our advertisers’ banners are in place; please visit their sub-forums, websites, and stores and shop to your hearts’ content. Yours and their combined support makes the forum possible and sustainable.
