Problem: G Shock keeps turning off when back is hit and buttons don’t work.
Explanation: I was changing my oil today and some oil spilled over onto the band. I took my G Shock and soaked it in rubbing alcohol. I noticed my display looked cloudy, so I popped the back off to see what was going on. I took the module out and wiped my glass screen with a q-tip. I put the back back on and the display has gone blank. When I hit the back, it comes on but the buttons are not functioning. If you hit the back again, it will shut off.
Any solutions? Many thanks!!
