Getting back into EMS. Gear thoughts.

I have been out of EMS for a long time so please pitch out some ideas for gear I should get for personal carry.

I will be running as an EMT B with the local all volunteer service they are running with only 3 volunteers, they average 37 calls a month. We are located next to a major interstate and I know they have a good mix of calls.
I thought this would be a good way to give back to the community.

Think I might go back for my P in a year or so. I just got done filling out the paper work and will complete my con ed directly upon paper work being completed/processed.

I was looking at the Zero Tolerance JB2 Emergency Tool but wasn’t sure if that was the right direction.
Again any suggestions for personal carry would be appreciated and a BIG THANK YOU in advance.
