Help finding an analog watch with alarm?

Hey folks,
I’ve been in the keychain rooms for a few months but now that I’m looking for a watch, I thought I could pick your brains! My budget is $500 or less. What do you think? Can you help? 

Requirements:
– Analog, Alarm and Date

Preferences:
– Minutes outside, hours at inner circle.
– Titanium case/band, Sapphire face.
– Alarm = easy to set for 3 min (or other small units of time).
– No tachymeter, chronometer, day or timezone.

Ultimately, I’m hoping to get a nice watch with a simple face.
