Help me find a PDA please!?

Tonight I found a great little website http://www.pocketmod.com that I used to print out a cool little organizer. It gave me the idea of using a PDA again, but I don’t know if there is anything out there that will fit the bill?

I used a Psion 3 & later P5 way back in the day, but now there are so many out there it’s not funny.

Anything out there that fits this billing?
1. Small, like no bigger than my Razor cell phone
2. Used for contacts, quick notes\
3. Works with Mac OSX
4. Under $150.00

Am I dreaming?
