I’ve had my CCW for 8 years now. I’ve been carrying daily since then. I have a few different handguns that I carry based on what I’m wearing. My question to all of you is, how long will my self defense ammo last in my carry handguns? I rarely ever rack the slide to eject a round (only when I clean the guns). I put the racked round at the bottom of the mag so it doesn’t get racked repeatedly.
A little background info that might be relevant…
I live in Florida (very hot and humid 6 months of the year).
I carry either IWB or in a Maxpedition Jumbo Versipack (again based on clothing).
