I hate loyalty cards and most of the time I don’t carry them and make them punch in my made up phone number just to punish them for the stupid hoops they make me go through just to get the regular price for an item…errr I degrees.
Kroger is different. I go there at least twice a week and me having to give my number was punishing me just as much as them. It was even worse at self check out so here was my solution:
I went to http://www.keyringthing.com, put in my Kroger number. Printed out the barcode they show you for confirmation and just taped it to the back of my key fob. Works like a champ. I figure you could get 2 or 3 on there if you wanted to and just cover up the “wrong” ones.
