Ideas for a ton of work keys

I am the general manager of a pet store and with all the animal habitat keys, store keys, safe keys and what ever else keys I have clise to 30 keys on the ring. This dose not include my personal key ring. Anyone have any experience or recommendations on what the best way to carry this many keys is. I have thought about the nite ize key rack but I would need multiple ones. This is my current set up.
