Iphone 4s vs Samsung Galaxy S3?

Hello Everyone!

I currently am using Straight Talk $30 a month prepaid for my cell phone service and have had no problems using it. I strictly use it for voice and texting as the 5 year old phone I’m using cannot check email, take photos or get on the web!

I’ve been considering switching to Verizon $45 a month prepaid and getting either an Iphone 4s or the Galaxy S3.

Verizon’s prepaid plan for $45 includes unlimited voice, text and 500mb of data. For another $5 that bumps the data up to 1 gig.

I would only use the phone for voice and texting of course, but would love to be able to check my email while out and about and think getting directions or actually be able to go on the web to check something out would be wonderful! A whole new world for me!

Now my question………….my Sister says her Iphone is the best thing that has ever happened to her and my good friend says the Samsung Galaxy S3 is the best thing to come along for him…………which one would you recommend?

I’m not a big tech. person, I just want something that’s easy to use.
