Iphone thems for windows mobile devices

Ive recently seen that some people have been making their windows mobile devices have a today screen similar to the iphone. Has anyone here done this? I cant seem to find what would be a reliable source for the download and a how to. This would make my Tilt much more finger friendly, which would be nice since it seems like I have to use the stylus to do anything on it.
