is this a real SAK cybertool?

I got this from a famous auction site. for a cybertool, it is rather slim, which is nice. but I cannot find the model on the usual sites.. tool shapes are just like on other SAK’s, very snappy action, but there is no victorinox stamp on the blade. so is it a knockoff? or maybe some custom-built cybertool for the company (has advertising on it)..
cannot compare pliers or bit-holder, since this is my first one with these.

anyway, I was lucky and got it dirt-cheap
