Is this considered “concealed?”

So I purchased a pistol a couple weeks ago. I’m planning on taking my concealed carry course, but haven’t been able to just yet.
I’m watching some pets for a friend who lives in a kinda sketchy neighborhood. I don’t want to be unable to protect myself.
Is this considered concealed? In NC, you can open carry.
The shirt would remain tucked, revealing the handle.
I know the barrel is concealed in the holster, but thats pretty normal right? I mean, its unlikely anyone would confuse this with anything else, which I guess is the point.
Thoughts?
