    Today, I purchased a Honeywell P100 Lead Removal Respirator from HD to keep in my EDC bag. I know a huge, military style gas mask would be better, but I don’t want to haul that around with me every day. I work in Philly and I’m mostly concerned about dust and smoke (alla 9/11). Will this due? Is there a case that I can buy to keep it from getting smooshed in my bag?

    PS The packaging says it “meets OSHA, EPA & HUD filtering facepiece requirements for lead exposure.” That sounds pretty reassuring.
