Is this the old EDCForums.com resurrected?

As the title implies, I’m asking if this is the old EDCForums.com resurrected?
It’s a silly question, it obviously is. To some extent at least. I can find some of my old posts, though not linked to my user anymore.
Also, I didn’t realize it was the “same” forum until after registering, so I created a new user/account without trying to log in with my old user.

How long has this version of the forum been up? Who’s running it and are there still anyone around here?
