IWB Help

Hey everybody, I’m new to the handgun carrying. I’m currently rocking a S&W M&P 9c but I have to carry it in a bag (which I’m not necessarily opposed to if I had a good bag to carry with). I am looking for a good IWB holster for it.

Limitations:
– I don’t have lots of money to spend
– weather doesn’t really allow layers for concealment
– frequently have my kids with me so it needs to be pretty concealed

Specs
– M&P 9c
– I want a large portion of the gun to be covered by the belt so more is concealed as I don’t wear layers (weather doesn’t allow most of the time)
– decent cant to it. I’m not gonna cross draw but I definitely want the handle leaning to the right.
– right handed
