IWB light bearings holster?

for anybody who says just carry a light in you pocket i already do 

so im trying to figure out how to carry a pistol with a light bearing holster IWB
i also make my own kydex holsters. the problem i’m running into is because the light is thicker than pistol the trigger guard isn’t completely enclosed it always winds up looking like this. which to me is unacceptable i just wouldn’t feel safe.

and when you make your own this is what you do before you mold it

any way to get around this?
