As the Story goes , I left town to teach a Wide Area Search Class. I left my Colt Combat Commander on the Night Stand for my Wife. She ended up with Brochitis and set up a Humidifier of all things on the Night Stand next to my CC. Well it didn’t take long for the humidity and the cordura holster to marry and give birth to baby RUST. 5 Days later I return home and see the Humidifier on the Night Stand …….. I screamed NOOOOOOO! and like a bad horror movie the nightmare was apparent. It was obvious that this would need a professionals help , I had heard good things about Cerakote so it seemed to be the solution for my nightmare. I contacted Aaron at Atwell Tactical and he said he would be able to help me. I had previously posted my CC on the forum , with its Mods…Trigger,Slide Polishing, Beavertail, Metal Checkering , XS Sights….you get the idea, anyway here are the pics of her now … Thanks and enjoy the Pistol
