Keychain Flashlight Similar to TiFli

I’ve been lurking around the forum for a while and I’ve convinced myself that I need to work on my keychain. I’d like to find all the items I want in Titanium.

I’ve found a few items already, but I’m still looking for the right flashlight. I want something very small and lightweight (smaller than an aaa light). The TiFli would be a perfect fit but it’s impossible to find.

I’ve looked at both the Quantum D2 and DQG Spy but I’m wondering if there’s something out there that’s closer in design to the TiFli (ie thinner)? Or is there somewhere to find a TiFli?
