Kinetic powered or even solar pocket watch

My much beloved Victorinox pocket watch that my wife bought me is slowly beginning to lose time. been around the planet with this watch and it saddens me to no end that I need to let it go.

Time to upgrade though, she said she would love to get me a new one but she said knowing me, and she’s right, I would prefer to get a self-sustained unit ie kinetic or even solar powered, which kind of seems ridiculous considering it’ll be in my pocket but I just want to see what my options are. so if any of you have any ideas of a quality unit let me know.
