Four or five days ago I ordered a K&M matchcase from kmmatchcase.com. My Paypal payment went through right away, but I haven’t heard anything from the company to confirm the order, nor have I gotten a response to my two e-mail messages.. I read on the website something about health problems on the part of the owner. I’m wondering if they’re operating at normal capacity right now.
I know a small company shouldn’t be expected to offer the same response time as Amazon.com, but I just wanted to be sure that everything is O.K. They sound like a really good outfit that produces a fine product.
Does anybody have any info? Thanks.
