I’ve recently had a good experience buying a strap from DB10 straps and thought I’d share ;

I emailed James and as it was mid evening I didn’t expect a reply till the next day. However, within the hour he’d replied and gave me some url links to what I was looking for.

In the following days he replied speedily to any email questions I had and was patient and went above what I’d consider normal customer care.

I eventually decided on a strap type and colour and ordered from him.

Within 10 days from point of ordering I received the bespoke strap through my letterbox.

The strap is beautiful, very well made and is so supple straight from the word go.

I would recommend James and DB10 straps to anyone wishing to buy a new quality strap for their timepiece.
