Leatherman Quick release lanyard ring dimensions?

If someone out there, who has a quick release lanyard and a Vernier caliper, could measure the basic dimensions, in the picture below, so that I will be able to produce a much lower profile version, it would be a great help. From those dimensions I should be able to extrapolate all the other dimensions.
Also, I’ll need the thickness of the ring plate.

If you could provide the measurements in ‘mm’, it would be greatly appreciated.
