led lenser hokus focus and p3 question.

according to led lensers site the hokus focus is rated at 115 lumens and 52 hours battery life(3xAAA).
this sounds incredible compared to the T5 who gives 105 lumens and 3 hours battery life(1xAA)
(which still have plenty of light after 3 hours).
so the question is, does the hokus focus have multiple modes?

beam adjustment on the P3, can you slide the head back and forth, or do you have to screw it?
