KeymasterThese guys have some of the better modular kits I’ve found. This may be about what you need:

http://www.narescue.com/Operator-BLSIFAK-P122C4.aspxAs a biker, SAM splints and gauze roll or Kling wrap are excellent for splinting, and they’re cheap.

I would take first aid classes. All of the first aid gear in the world wont help you at all if you do not know how to properly use it. That being said if you dont know advanced first aid I would just have some big gaze patches and medical tape. Along with first aid for small cuts and such. Waiting for ems can sometimes is safer than doing more harm trying to fix yourself before they come.
I agree and I am looking to take more advanced classes. That’s why I just was looking for the basics. The only thing I have had is CPR and I am required to take it for work. But, for when the :censored: and I have to go running into a situation with a group, theres a good chance one of us might get hurt and it might be a minute before a medic crew can get in. But, Im looking for patches/etc that can be used in these type of situation.February 5, 2026 at 12:42 pm #151767admin

KeymasterFor lots of good information, check out Equipped to Survive medical section and his recommended first aid kit contents. Make sure to scroll down past the comprehensive kit list to see the basic kit list.
I also found this comparison of Adventure Medical kit contents to be helpful.
