Looking for a low maintenance pen

Hi there!

I’m looking for a nice non fountain pen for writing, and general use.
I don’t want it to be too high maintenance like my elysee pens, always having to clean them out.

So bottom line:
-Low maintenance
-Narrower, I think fat pens aren’t great.
-Not fountain
-good ink

My main problem with pens is that the first stroke doesn’t write, and after that it’s fine. I use zebra 301’s

I don’t have a particular budget, but more expensive pens (more than 100) are something that you would have to convince me on.
Edit: I am willing to spend good money on better refills.
