Looking for a new watch

Well I’ve been looking into getting a new watch recently to replace my metal Timex….

I’ve been doing a lot of research into brands like columbia, suunto, LAD weather, Pyle, nixon, casion etc.. but i’m still having troubles finding the best watch. I don’t think that it’s me being too picky either but here are my specifications:

It has to be around 100 dollars, or less.

I’d prefer that it was digital but it doesn’t have to be. I also want it to be stylish but also not flashy.

Has to have some illumination feature (Light,trit,glow in the dark would be awesome)

Also i’d prefer if the band was non metal, but I’d be okay with a bracelet depending on the watch.
