Looking for a new watch, can you guys recommend?

I am wearing a $25 CASIO right now, but I want to upgrade it.
Here’s how I want it,
1.Waterproof, don’t need more than 50m, but it’s ok, cuz I don’t swing lol.
2.As accurate as possible, the one I have now will slow down or go forward about 20 sec per week.
3.I need month and date.
4.Metal or rubber belt, I put my hand in water pretty often, so I don’t want leather.
5.Can read in the dark, doesn’t need to glow, but readable.
6.I like to have degrees and stuff on it.
7.No compass!
8.I want it to be a dial watch.
9.Other features can be nice but not necessary.
10.It be good if under $300
11.Not made in China.

I like the look of Victorinox watch, like this one. But I’ve heard they are not so accurate.
