Looking for Credit Card Paper Cutter

So I am putting together a notebook setup.
Will be using some kind of combination of leather cover and stitched notebook. Like Field Notes or similar. Leaning towards A6 format at the moment.

Anyway getting a credit card pocket in a leather cover doesn’t seem like a problem so thought I’d use that for a notebook tool.

And what I mostly need is a ruler and a way of cutting a sheet of paper from the notebook.

There are several different credit card tools out there with a ruler. But I just can’t seem to find one with a paper cutter that actually works.

Looking for:
Metric ruler
Papper cutter

Nice to have features:
Metal card for durability
Prybar is always useful for…stuff
Bottle opener for inspiration-beer time
…anything note-drawing related angle guide or checkbox holes maybe?

Does anyone have any tips?
