Looking for Velcro molle attachment

Hey guys and gals

I’m looking for a Velcro molle attachment for my work bag. We got Redrock Rover sling bags and I wanted to put Velcro on the wider part of the sling (the place right next to the buckle). I wanted to put a 3″x4″ patch on it. I’m having a hard time finding a way to secure the patch because it has to be vertical and the part on the sling has only one molle webbing for one molle strap (most molley attachment pouches/admin have two and they run horizontal.

Or if simply looping Velcro strips through the molle would work, let me know if that usually holds.

I can’t post pics for some reason so anyone that knows that the bag looks like can definitely respond please.
