I really think they dropped the ball by putting a black clip on the copper Maratac. I think it detracts from the beauty of this little light.
I posted a thread asking for advice on the possibility of copper plating and got some great input from you guys.
I checked with a local company and the cost to get it plated was about the same as I paid for the light, so that was a no go.
So I did some googling, found some home copper plating kits, but again they were about the cost of the light.
Then I found some information about using Vinegar and Salt!
Fantastic! I have that already, no cost!!Time for a science experiment…
