Medical professionals: Top 5 medical conditions in ERs

What I try to find out is which 5 medical conditions by numbers that cover as much work of an ER as possible that would benefit from FA in order to be able to identify the items I would like to include in my FAK and the skills I should acquire. So to everyone working as a paramedic, medical doctor and so on:

1. What are the top 5 medical conditions (by number) in an ER which are NOT “cuts and bruises”
2. For those conditions: which equipment besides sterile gloves, band aids, gauze pads, plaster and disinfectant that are available for the public should be included for the first aid of these treatments
3. Are there special skills to be acquired for the first aid of these conditions besides general first aid education
