Motion sickness

any one know how to deal with it

i work as a technician at a dealership, and i have to ride with others pretty ofter to diagnose noises and what not and pretty much if im not driving the car i will get dizzy and sick. same thing if out on a boat on a lake or what not if im not driving i will get sick to my stomach.

i have tried taking dramamine before when i was younger and you go on car rides with the family. i dont use it now because i can just take it every day if im not going to need it (not sure of the side effects if i did).

so does anybody know anywa to deal with it that actually works, i also want to know because i am thinking about eventually working as a paramedic and i know that if im in the back that it would not be a good thing lol.

any input would be apperciated
