MT without a knife

Hey everyone, as a security guard at a hospital we are a weapon free zone.

I know that leatherman makes the Style PS which does not have a knife in it. This is the one MT I have found that comes like this right out of the box,

so my question is two fold, one this tool worth it, two is there any other options out there to take into consideration?
