My Trauma IFAK with Pictures

Incidentally, I haven’t had that IFAK in a couple of years now. I sold the pouch online and repurposed the items into other kits that I have here and there.

A better iteration to that pictured is my NAR MFAK.

Does anyone carry a tourniquet IWB? What carrier would you recommend? I’m thinking something like a CAT or SOFTT-W. I’m not big on ankle holders. I already have a handgun, single stack 10rd P220 mag and IWB knife (RE Factor Sicario III) that I carry IWB if that makes a difference.

I first thought would be a second IWB mag holder.

Maybe the Eleven10 TQ carrier could be modified with some kind of IWB-compatible clip or loop? No affiliation.
