Need a mechanical pencil.

Early the year I bought a Rite In The Rain notebook cover and started to use it for pen, pencil, etc. carry.

But I cannot find the perfect pencil with eraser. I’ve tried the regular pencil, the fat, kindergarten kind, but I carry the thing in the left back pocket. So the pencil tip always break off, when I sit, and make a big mess.
Then I changed to regular mechanical pencil,

but the cap and the eraser always get lost and the tip pocks through my notebook cover, when I sit. Which sucks.

So here’s what I think I am looking for:
1. Solid lock up on the cap and the eraser.
2. Mechanical pencil.
3. About the length of a sharpie.
4. The tip can go inside the pencil if I am not using it.
5. Cannot be too fat.
6. Hope it’s made in Japan or USA.
