Need some input on two bags

Looking for bag that is not tactical. It’s mostly for office carry for daily use items. Typical lunch, pens paper knife, maybe a multi tool, light. Usual stuff one might encounter throughout the day.

With the bags I might use them for a day trip here and there. Handful of times a year.

First Tactical Specialist Half-Day. Like that it’s compact and has office type organization. CCW compartment.

Maxpedition Riftpoint or Riftcore. I mean it’s Maxpedition. What else is there to say.

Let me know what you all think of these options. Also, open to options for bags of the same style and price range.
