Kind Pen people,
Michael Visited my local Paradise Pens and had on hand his new slimmer S-Model. He was also
selling some new aluminum pen stands as well as lots of Fatboy pens.I’ve had my Chopper Fatboy (pics later) for some time and the width/diameter/girth was sometimes a bit much. It was always comfortable though. So when I heard he was visiting the store I had to stop by. He had his new S-Model which is a slimmer version of the Fatboy pens.
The Fatboy is .5 inches in diameter..the S-Model looks to be 3/8 inches in diameter and less weight. He had the S-Model in the “new york pinstripe” style as he said that was the most popular seller of the Fatboy. I would have liked a chopper verson but I ended up buying 2 of the S-model ..one with the pencil conversion kit (thrown in for free). He also put a new Schmidt clicker, spring and O-rings on my Fatboy (4 years old).I plan to followup with pictures of my pens and stands.. Until I get those I do have pics of his

He also had a lot of copper Fatboys and I’m kicking myself for not getting more pics for the forum..you can see one on the far right end in the first 2 shots.. They were absurdly heavy ..I would guess 5oz or more.. Maybe he’ll do the S-model in copper and other patterns in the future..this seemed to be his debut of the model.
I’ll follow up with pics of my S-models and stands. (I couldnt pass the one stand up because it had ball bearings in it). All USA materials. Just wanted to start the thread and get these pictures out.
My original Fatboy is what got me into better made metal pens. To this day I have not had a pen as well anodized (clear) as my Fatboy.
