Before I bought I took into consideration my other pistols that tend to be heavy. Normally I carry a full size 1911 in the winter and as much as I can in the summer clothing permitting. This should do the trick when out and about with nothing more than shorts and a t shirt. Already fired about 300 rounds in both .38 and .357 and the .357 sure are wrist snappers. Carried now for about 2 weeks and I love it. I find myself carrying 100% of the time out of the house, fits in the front pocket and draws faster than my 1911 and my M&P 40c.
