Nokia N800 or PSP or ?????

Hi All.
Looking for some input. I am looking at getting the N800 or PSP. Here is what I want to do with the device I get listed in on order of priority
1 Browse forums on the web using the wi-fi
2 Use it to read PDF’s
3 Use it to listen to MP3 recordings I have made on my desktop PC using replay radio

Games really aren’t that important to me. I am open to suggestions on other devices too, but the price point of these 2 is what puts them to the top of my list. I have found the N800 for just over $200 and the psp for $169
