Anyone with a Sig P938 will be familiar with the occasional stripped top round when pulling a magazine after chambering a round.
The next round is pushed forward slightly, and tends to catch on the feed ramp or the magazine release when pulled (had the release depressed when the following occurred).
Didn’t expect this, though!
