After trying many sewing kits I had 2 results any one that I liked was bigger than I need for my bag or, anything small enough to fit were I wanted was comprised of cheap materials. So I built my own. Started with a container, Altoids smalls tin after some thought this is what I carry
Remember quality thread and needles make a big difference
4 assorted needles in a cut down business card
2 bobbins of thread 1 black 1 white
6 safety pins
3 buttons 2 for shirts 1 for pants
1 needle threader (old eyes)
A ranger band ensures it stays close
This gives me enough to make any repair doable while out and about with out taking up to much room in my edc stuff
