One month travel FAK, any tips?

So in a week or so me and my friends are heading out interrailing for a month! I’m so excited, but now we’ve split up the things we only need one of, and I’m in charge of the large FAK, we’ll have mini ones ourselves too. As of now it all fits in my 13x8x5 cm pouch + the doctors alcohol.
This is what I’ve decided to bring so far:

30 Banaids: large, small, for chapped feet, silver coated, waterproof
5, 1tube Mosquito anti itch: wipes, paste
20 Headache pills: Water dissolvable, swallow
1 Conforming bandage
5 Soap wipes (with soap)
10 Disinfectant wipes (with NaCl)
1 latex gloves
5 Cotton swabs
20cl Doctors alcohol (ethanol + alumium salt thingy + acetic acid)
5 Non woven sponge
2 adhesive wound dressing

So what do you think? Anything i should add or take away?

Off topic: any tips to add to a repair kit? other than, duct tape, electrical tape, zipties, large hobby pipe cleansers, small sewing kit, safety pins, paracord
