I honestly don’t know anything about the quality of lights. I have a cheap $2 special piece of you know what and would like to get something that was a bit better without breaking the bank. I have a budget of no more than $25 and that has to include the battery, etc.
I thought you guys could offer up whether or not the one on eBay is worth getting or to keep looking. Thanks everyone!
